Troubling thoughts.
If someone hasn't seen the pics and stories of these China ghost cities, they are a real eye-opener.
Dollars to Donuts, we've been doing the same though (buying up gold and silver).
When things do go bust, I imagine we'll see a quick return to the gold standard, and that transition time is sure to be nothing shy of complete chaos. Maybe not SHTF, but damn close if not.

Those ghost cities are the economic boom everyone has been hearing about, unfortunately the boom is a roost, it has no economic return. china borrowing money to front this illusional boom has created a housing bubble that's going to come back to haunt the world's developed nations financial system!
