it looks like either an electric step or electric ramp that opens and closes with the door opening and closing.

Well its not working cos I can see truck

It's just not activated right now. When he activates it the truck turns invisible. Also the truck has rockets and it can fly, but those are hidden and can only be used while invisible mode is on.

I do think it's some kind of step though. It's in the right place and a truck that high really benefits from one, especially if you're short like me.
