Yes it is, I have listened to many many of his speeches. the jews had taken over the politics, business, economy and schools with their monetary control of the entire nation. We have a fenced yard and this is the first time he has gone on an adventure since we got it. Close to two years now.

Before the fence was installed, I bought an email collar. I put it on a setting that made me pee my pants and he ignored it. He just needed a place to run. He has never tried to dig out or jump fence.
