Pat King, having not slept, says it's go time on Thursday morning and that the police are getting ready to move in. After praying, King drives down the street screaming out the window at people to wake up. He urges truckers to honk their horns continously to warn the others. The injunction that makes it an arrestable offense to honk truck horns is still in effect. Like earlier on Thursday morning, King states that the OPP (Ontario Provincial Police) has no jurisdiction in Ottawa. That is untrue - following the resignation this week of Ottawa's Police Chief Peter Sloly and the invokation of the Emergencies Act, the OPP and RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) have been put in charge.
