I agree. I have several different mac and cheese recipes depending on what I'm making it for. Box mac and cheese is not one of them.

Is a turkey burger just like a regular burger but made with ground turkey? Do they taste good? I have lots of ground turkey but I cannot find ground beef anywhere.

Yes, it’s healthier and tastes good. It’s still not a beef burger, but close to as good and is a good substitute in chili, spaghetti or as a burger.
I've had them just out of curiousity. They are dry (like venison burger) if you don't add some kind of fat or oil.

I've used it in chili and spaghetti but never made a burger. I might try it and see.

Last night I had bacon wrapped jalapenos stuffed with Habanaro peppers and cheese. Today I'm heating up a pot of my famous 3 meat 7 pepper chilli for lunch.
Stir fried Chinese eggplant, with ground pork, garlic, green onions and sweet chili sauce over rice.

I was lazy with a bad ankle, so broiled two hot smoked sausages just a little burned the way I like em. With spiced mustard, ketchup, cheese and dill pickles. Wonderful for indigestion! Highly recommend it occasionally.

I only used Habanaro peppers in the stuffed jalapenos because I used all the ghost peppers in my 7 pepper chilli.

Soup pot simmering. Beef with split peas, lintels, brown rice, carrots, stewed tomatoes and cabbage. Hot corn Bread on the side.
I have some hot sauce you might like, LOL This is the stuff the Pepper Palace uses in their Ghost Pepper challenge. It's 3 times hotter than Blair's Ultra Death Sauce, or pure ghost peppers.
Me, my son, and my daughter passed the test at the Pepper Palace in New Orleans. My daughter's boyfriend was curled up on the floor writhing in pain. We thought we were going to have to call an ambulance.

I made lasagna with italian (turkey) sausage, spinach, and mushrooms in it using whole wheat lasagna. It is actually pretty good. I will be eating it for the next few days though so I'll have to see if I have a different opinion by then.
