Back in 90 and 91 I worked for a Venezuelan owned aluminum company, (only one of his businesses). Even back then, most of the assets were not kept in Venezuela. I'm sure the rich and powerful aren't going to starve like the citizens fighting over garbage.

Of course that was when Hugo Chavez was in charge.
