I'm curious to know everybody's opinion, What is the best brand/company for knives (NOT distributor)? Knives that are reasonably priced but durable, good quality, reliable, a large selection to choose from... a brand you trust?

What do you plan on using it for ?
Well actually I have a website that is marketed towards us preppers and survivalists and I'd like to add some weapons to my inventory. But I don't want to sell crap either. I figured getting a few opinions through experience would be the best method. What do you plan on using it for ?

I have two of the m16, they are cool but don't get much pocket time cause I really like my leatherman c33CRKT (Columbia River Knife and Tools) is good budget knive, never had problems with them and they are sharp and sturdy for the price.
If u want a really good knife that is durable and affordable you cant go wrong with an" Old Hickory" butcher knife they are easily customizable and are only 9 dollars new ! they make great bushcraft knives and can take a beating . I myself carry one that i shortened 2 inches and made a sheath for . They sharpen very easily because they are carbon steel and they hold an edge but! you do have to maintain them because they will rust as will any non stainless knife .I'm curious to know everybody's opinion, What is the best brand/company for knives (NOT distributor)?
