States Where Omicron Has Run Its Course

I can't see any pattern, it just seem random. Some states still have increasing COVID infections, but in these, the COVID active infection rate has dropped precipitously.
New Hampshire and Vermont, but not Maine...Connecticut but not Massachusetts...Mississippi but not Alabama or Louisiana...Kansas but not Nebraska...Illinois and Ohio but not Indiana.

Omicron (moronic) is just a hop-skip-and-jump variant. It hops where it wants to. Only those states with reporting needs are reporting? Maybe where the southern baptists are? It is avoiding the Jehovah Witnesses??? Maybe the omicron variant cannot spell the names of the other states and stays away??
I'll have another glass of my walnut moonshine and eventually come up with the real reason...live free, Gary
