I personally like Arkansas, Northern Alabama, Tennessee, parts of Texas and Kentucky particularly around Black Mountain BUT, humidity, high populations, skeeters, nuclear plants and to g'damn close to NY, NJ and the New England states.

NorthWest, has low humidity, FRESH cold water, very little skeeters, no nuclear plants and the 4 seasons, our biggest populations Northwest part of Washington. Though fires and politics are the only downside and a real threat. Oh set aside the volcanoes, earthquakes and that every major road has a lot of bridges and/or tunnels.
