Distance fiber optic can be run is 62 miles between substations. Far better than 3 miles for DSL.

If the kids on the internet can get a flipper zero and hack traffic lights with it...who knows what real hackers who do that all day for a living can and could do??

I doubt that anyone is going to come up here and take down my power grid. Or hack my cell phone. They wont get much out of it, it doesn't work most of the time anyway.

I don't understand how Putin allows them to belittle his country? He is their leader and says nothing. I guess if he does they wouldn't believe him anyways. Sad that your country, the largest country just gets bashed all the time and you don't stand up for them.

When Russia decided to invade Ukraine I spent a long time trying get to the bottom of it. I never found the bottom. I decided that we don't understand what is going on and should stay way the hell away from that conflict.
