Been thinking more seriously about prepping on a more intense level than I have to this point. I've prepped for a three month natural disaster, but have been considering what it would take to deal with EMP situation. And, I'm scared feces-less.

Looking forward to soaking up wisdom on this forum.

howdy from a Texan .... and welcome to the forum and family...there's quite a few knowledgeable folks here that'll gladly tell ya what you need to know,or at least point ya in the right direction and/or give ya a good idea or 2..and by all means jump right on in with any replies you have on a topic.

Howdy from Georgia.

I think we will at some point have to learn to live without electricity. Hell, we've been having lots of practice here lately. Our grid here is about at Third World reliability levels. Power outages the last two days for no good reason (no wind, light rain)

Oh well, I have my 12 kW inverter and propane genny to help let me down slowly so I don't have to go cold turkey all at once.

Welcome from Louisiana. An EMP probably has the highest chance of happening of any major disaster.

Welcome from another Texan. Had relatives who used to lived in Nodaway and Vernon counties in MO.
