Funny the governments have money for the illegal aliens but not for the mentally ill. I guess it has something to do with not being able to push the mentally ill to the ballot box.

Thank JFK and LBJ, along with their Democrat Congresses for our problems today. THAT PERIOD is when virtually ALL of the base "Civil Rights/Welfare Laws" were passed, to appease the Blacks, as Congress didn't want them throwing another Watts or Compton style riot. The "theory" was, "Give them what they want, and they'll behave." Obviously that hasn't worked out very well. Black marriages went South because they could get more benefits if they were "single mothers," than married with some support coming in from a husband. And, of course, it was obvious the more kids they had, the more benefits they'd get. Combine THAT with drug use, and you have a recipe for disaster.......drugged up mom's can't watch/take care of 6 or 8 kids.,...or even 2 or 3 for that matter.....so the kids started running wild in the streets, turning to crime and drug sales to generate their own money. "Daddy's" screwing everything in sight in the meantime, has no responsibilities, and is dumber than a box of hammers to begin with. So here we are TODAY with a totally dysfunctional Black community, Welfarism run rampant, and a Black crime problem that has no solution in sight.....but still vote "Democrat" because the Democrats keep them in ever increasing benefit heaven!

mental institutions in the UK were closed many years ago, they are now all trendy apartments.
we now have "care in the community" but that dosent work either.
