This was entertaining but yet very informative on the history of Plum Island, the bio weapons made and experiments done both on animals and humans. He says that the facility will be shut down at the end of the year, BUT the research will continue on in Kansas.

Well, I was into the video until I caught him in an easily disproven lie. Once you realize what you're hearing is a complete fabrication there is no point in continuing other than for entertainment purposes.

What was the lie?

In the Tuskegee Experiment, they did not infect anyone with syphilis. They studied African American men that came into the program already infected with syphilis without disclosing to them that they were infected and not providing any treatment. They went so far as to ask local black doctors to not treat the men in the study, but they did NOT infect them.
The only people in the program that contracted syphilis during the program were in the control group, and once they got infected, they were no longer studied because they were no longer useful as controls.
The on-site director of the program, Raymond A. Vonderlehr, who was later director of the CDC, was asked by Dr. Murray Smith "Is a control case of any value to the study, if he has contracted syphilis? Shall we withhold treatment from the control case who has developed syphilis?"
Vonderlehr replied that such cases "have lost their value to the study. There is no reason why these patients should not be given appropriate treatment".

Maybe he was unknowingly linking what happened in Guatemala in the late 40’s to the Tuskegee Experiment? Same researcher from Guatemala study that was never published was also lead researcher for the Tuskegee Experiment.

No he was simply repeating a commonly held misconception about the Tuskegee study without doing his homework.
