Remember how we were at 0.2% fed borrowing rates for just about the entire Obama presidency? Then Trump came in & they've raised interest rates nearly every quarter since. Well, it's obvious that the EU doesn't have any Trump-like leaders.

Note that mortgages in Europe all vary month-to-month, so no locking in a rate. Now for the first time, mortgage rates are negative. So if you owe $100,000 on your house, this month instead of paying interest, they would actually pay you $45! Talk about an economy in the toilet, yikes.

Germany is in even deeper doo-doo. President Trump is threatening to pull all US troops out of Germany if they do not pony up the money owed to NATO. Their economy is already dropping and removing all the troops will be a huge hit. President Trump is teaching eh world, if you want to bad mouth America go ahead but we are no longer the good ship lollipop. Their is a price to pay for being lousy allies.

Well that would be interesting. Of course it makes sense. Germany is strong arming the UK, so return the love in spades. The EU is a disaster. On the good side, Germany can take those troop facilities and let all their muslim invaders move it. Give it 6 months, they'll destroy the entire base. Sad.
