There have been big price hikes, and people are sick of it. One story talked about how bus/train fairs had gone up & people rioted. The second talks about how electric rates went up, so people torched the electric company's HQ. Wow, how will that help things? Crazy, but there are some major undertows pushing this. I don't think this is just organic riots. Insert conspiracy theory ___ here.
