I saw this at a grocery store parking lot today. The owner is ex military and invited us in for a tour! Awesome work inside and out. He has it listed on eBay under M9 something or other. Said 90something grand, so needless to say I'm not bringing it home. He really did a great job turning it into a mad max RV!

Though 90k? may be worth it? but.... I can't afford a divorce and I want to live a little longer besides, I don't have that kind of money setting in the bank *sigh though dreaming is free

The door, and another on the restroom inside are watertight doors from a ship. More for the cool factor than practical I think. I wish I had taken pictures on the inside as well, but we were enjoying talking with the old guy. He had a commercial grade stainless kitchen, military bunk beds, two large safes built in, and corrugated tin ceilings with jar styled light fixtures. You could tell he missed the military.

I do agree, it gets a ton of attention. While I was there as a tourist, at least five others came up and took pictures too. He invited another couple in to look as we were leaving. If shtf, it would attract even more attention, saying I have resources here. I bet that thing could go just about anywhere though.

He had it set up as a fully functional RV. I think he put way too much in it, but everyone needs a hobby.

It's probably make a decent on-road RV, but that's about it. Too big and heavy to take off road. Plus it'd be hard to blend in anywhere.

Very cool rig, I'll stick with a common truck a lot easier to salvage parts when SHTF
