Okay I got mine, striped the cordage first thing then went on to sharpening the serrations. Have to rewrap the handle with some paracord. Now I just have to figure out how I am going to fit it in with my edc. Tomorrow will be it's first rude awakening.

Colt cord wrap standard spiral then ranger band the out side. I think you'll love that configuration..

i tryed it out on some on a fire brick.to easy for the whetstone..then i tryed it on 2 dirrent small saplings..still easy on whetstone..(BUT) the cord on handledoes need redoing or replaceing thoe,on acount it wasnt put on quiet tight enough..

I guess I will give it a home.

You're a regular McGyver,lol,Nice outfit!

Mine came in yesterday, but it's been a messed up week, and I haven't got to play with it yet.My first mod,i think,is going to be adding some black tape to the mix by taking the cord off the handle, cleaning with alcohol and then wrapping several feet of electrical tape then adding the cord back on over it.
