Well, right now in the Philippines, we are paying about $5 to a gallon for Diesel and if you look at a minimum wage earner who earns only $10 a day.

Our petrol here is overpriced with 89 Octane fuel coming in at about $6 a gallon.

The price of goods here are gravely affected by the high price of diesel.

Just imagine the seasons in your area and think this scenario through for the changes in your preps you would need. Do you have means to add to your food bank by hunting or fishing.

Fishing on the river and snaring/ hunting in the timber, the whitetail are abundant around me so I'd be ok with food, the winter would be tougher to do so but I have a lot of food that I could use at my home and also at my bol

Wow Overlord, I would go broke filling up my diesel truck! However, just in the last 2 weeks here in Northern Michigan diesel went from $3.77 to $4.19 !

We havent heard anything on the news why.

What about those same truckers haulin propane for those of you out in the back country.

How long would you be able to keep your family warm if the trucks stopped delivering fuel to heat your home?

Luckily, here in the Philippines, we only have four seasons: Hot, Very Hot, Wet, and Very Wet LOL

Heating the home is not much of an issue but cooling rather is.
