Well, all things considered, I'd have to agree with you. There IS a "racial war" ongoing...a very low profile one, which is never called a racial war "outright," but effectively that's what it is. There are any number of studies posted online which clearly show Sub-Saharan IQ to be abysmally low....70-75, depending on which study you want to consider. Studies in the U.S. clearly show American Blacks as a group average 80-85, or roughly 20% lower than Whites. Studies also show the Black's SAT scores to average 30-40% lower than Whites. Whether anyone likes it or not, the reality is that Blacks, as a racial group, simply do not have the ability, or capability, to absorb an education comparable to Whites (or Asians, for that matter). This explains perfectly the lack of Blacks employed in management or executive positions. "Mixed race" Blacks, which are not true Blacks at all, show increased IQ in direct proportion to the level of "mix" involved. There are so many onliune sources for these reports/studies I'm not going to post them....anyone with a computer can look them up very easily. Scientists are also now going back to, and admitting, that intelligence is controlled by genetic heritage primarily, rather than "environmental factors" as the Liberals have been claiming for decades.
There are also studies which indicate that "brain function" is almost exactly the opposite between Blacks/Whites, with the Blacks being geared to the "here & now," physical end of things...immediate satisfaction, immediate gratification, immediate benefit, etc, whereas Whites are geared to the mental side of things, "future thinking," future benefits based on continuous action and planning, etc......all of which is plainly observable in daily life, particularly in crime and welfare statistics.
You will never get the Dems/Left to admit it, but their entire philosophy of "equality" is deeply flawed. Across the board "equality," social intellectual, economic, etc., has never existed in all of history, nor will it ever exist, nor can it be made to exist artificially through legislation. Billions have been wasted on affirmative action programs that have never had a snowball's chance in hell of being successful. You cannot teach a pig to sew no matter how hard you try or how many dollars you throw at the pig.

I never thought of blacks as being low IQ, as a race. I've always thought of it more as a environment impact. I've got black friends who are truly brilliant. But then I've met far many more who qualify for the 'dumber than a rock' title.

I am not sure it is a matter of race as it is a mater of how important education and morality play in their culture. Victim-hood taught at home, then there no reason to try and excel. Why strain your brain in school, if the world is out to get you, attitude. Then add into the mix tribal / family corruption and low morals and the perfect storm has arrived. The only thing you are guaranteed that is equal is death, we all get there sooner or later. The rest is what you make of it.
As long as the black community aspires to be like morons like Sheila Jackson Lee or Jesse Jackson, they will never improve. If people like George Washington Carver were lionized by the black community instead, then maybe they'd have an incentive to improve.
George Washington Carver, who was actually born into slavery, just simply ignored the racial bias of his day. To be sure, he faced significant barriers that nobody has to face today, but just kept moving forward. He was widely recognized and praised in the white community for his many achievements and talents. Time Magazine called him a "Black Leonardo Da Vinci." Yet if you look at lists of the top black heros, he name rarely appears...perhaps because he just quietly went about doing his thing, apparently without the chip on his shoulder that seems to be necessary to be recognized as a "her0."
The question of nature vs nurture has been argued forever and I choose to believe that with the right goals and aspirations, any race can improve their lot in life and even raise their IQ scores.

all I can say is wow,,,,,,,,,,blacks have low IQs 20% lower than whites,,,,I don't know about that,,I have been all over the USA and low IQ is pretty much evenly distributed between Black White and Hispanic ,,,there are a lot of people out there that are as dumb as a box of rocks,,,,I don't really think any race has the market cornered on stupid

I would have to agree with this. I have seen stupid from people of all backgrounds - different races, countries, socioeconomic backgrounds.

GG, if you will, may I sharpen your pencil on this one.
I think often (not always) that stupid and low IQ are distinctly separate. Low IQ is simple fact, you can't change a 65 IQ person into a 125 IQ person. But, Stupid is often a choice. A person chooses not to learn, chooses not to get an education, chooses not to think and observe and work. But it may be an even more blurred line... somebody could have a 100 IQ and choose 'stupid' so many times and so often that they push themselves into a 65 IQ to never be able to return from that level. (And yes, many of those are lifelong democrat voters)

Yes, there are dummies from every race...likewise brilliant people. The groups can, however, be quantified, and the statistics clearly show the differences between the groups as a whole.

You are looking at "individuals," not the group. The "group" forms the "rule," not the individual. If you study the "groups," you will find there ae very distinct differences between the groups. Asians, as a group, score out slightly higher than Whites.
