And ecoli out breaks. Waters in Houston and Sour Lake have both tested positive. With all the flood waters won't be surprised when Port Arthur, Bridge City, Orange and Deweyville get added to the list. People trapped in floods still had to do their business somewhere. . . People reported that when going back into homes to salvage some keepsakes the water smelt like poop, literally.

One of the biggest concerns will be the mold. Just hope people remember that when cutting out sheetrock and dumping trash they wear mask. Mold can cause all kinds of health problems and in this climate spread quickly.

and let's face the fact, those mozzies are one species you can consider "most dangerous".

This is EXACTLY why everyone should have Berkfields or Berkies absolutely no excuses. Mould has killed vulnerable people in the UK after recent floods especially asthmatics and those with bronchial complaints.

Have to say, days 1 and 2 post Irma, no big deal. On night 3 though, the damn mosquitoes were eating us alive!!! Luckily, I always have some deep woods Off! in my truck. But even with that, it was too much eventually, to stay outside. (which sucked, as it was cooler outside!)

Gotta watch out for Zika and Malaria virus carriers these days.
