Stiff gun belt nylon?

Hey I have to wear heavy utility gear like radios/ tool packs and i use suspenders at work..

the suspenders and gear often times bend my belt and I have to re straighten it by washing it and leaving it in the sun.

What's the stiffest nylon belt out there that won't Bend under the weight of heavy duty gear
