Last year, I was really stressing over trying to figure out which place had the best prices on food storage, so I decided to do a little comparison. I picked 11 items and then compared them to see who offered what the cheapest.

You can see the individual results on the chart, but the short answer is that most of the time the cheapest one will be from the LDS/Mormon church. I just learned that you don't have to be Mormon to buy from them. https://store.lds.org/webapp/wcs/st...839595_10557_3074457345616706237_-1_N_image_0

Lastly, it's not very clear on the attached chart but the bottom row is the LDS cannery.

Still though, seems it would be cheaper to go with discount clubs such as Sams Club, Costco, etc. that supply restaurants for most of it (looking at the prices on that great sheet of yours, good work). We've stocked up on canned goods typically as a result of great sales just at the grocery stores. We've gotten rice way cheaper at a local Spanish market, than anyplace else.

At local store I can buy 1 lb 10 oz non ionized sal for 33 cents, not even a sale price. White rice 3 lbs for a buck, 4lbs flour 69 cents. . . Check your local stores first and stock up on sale items.
