I'd like to relocate to a place that has, perhaps; a farm or business that I could work and live on, however; I would be open to most any situations or scenarios.

Im a retired, divorced and a healthy 62 year old that holds specialties within a long and successful career on Wall Street, New York City.

I have heavy experience in auto repair, race car building and race car driving. Ex-Firearm instructor. I'm a good all around handyman.

My skills on Wall Street specialized in Real Property Acquisitions.

I have immense skills and experience in business.
.
I'm an experienced outdoorsman and prepper.

I will relocate anywhere.

Thank you for your reply, however; panic is not a trait i possess.
I simply look for new adventure with new people.

With your racing mechanical experience, look down around Concord and Kannapolis NC. Most of the NASCAR race teams are headquartered out of that area. It is more of a rural area but, unfortunally, the family farms are being sold off as the older generation dies out. WARNING, if you are a liberal Democrat, you would not fit in around there. Also, getting into NASCAR can be tough. In most cases, you just have to know someone. But, you never know until you try.
