This was a recipe shared to me that even my turnip hating husband will eat. Really posting for Brent since he says he can grow it but hates eating them.
Melt butter in a skillet. Slice turnips thin and sauteed them till done. Sprinkle with salt & pepper, then sprinkle in some brown sugar to caramelize.
