Trump said he was going to bomb the s**t out of ISIS. These massive bombs are more of a psychological tool. This is the first MOAB we have dropped, but we dropped a bunch of Daisy Cutters (the predecessor of the MOAB)

And this was another message to Pyongyang. We have non-nuclear weapons that can take out hardened silos and bunkers, and we will use them. (the MOAB can make a 300 yard wide crater)
