it's California,,,,,would anyone really miss them
it would affect more than just californians ghost...if it did happen.
that state is so far left,the way I see it we would be better off without them,,,,I am sure all that live there are not ,lets be polite,,,ODD,,but with their laws ,taxes and the way they are defying the laws on immigration,why would any sane person want to live there
There are A LOT of FLAKES in California no doubt but people move there from all over the world. I have a college friend from Texas originally who lives there for work.
There are lots of reasons why people live in California. Work for one. Business another. Weather. Women. Family. They're backwards politically but that doesn't mean all the people there agree with their politics nor do they deserve to die because of it.
Besides not just Californians would be affected. The entire west coast would take brunt of it but it would devestate entire country.
you may be right but it would not hurt my feekings,,and the west coast will still be there,just not quite as far west as it was before

California is also a huge agricultural state and one, if not the, largest food producer in the country. It's also a large oil and gas producer. I don't care much for California politics or the many nuts who live there, but if California is hit with a major diaster expect to see food and fuel prices to skyrocket.
California does produce a lot but they export a chit load also,,,so how much are we really dependent on their crops ???????????
yes it would take time but their production can be replaced,,,,,look at California's history at one time they were a major grain producer they switched over to different crops so will the rest of the USA
don't forget that there is land in this country where the FEDS pay the owners not to farm it,so it sits there dormaant

I do find it odd that in a thread about California succeeding from the USA I didn't see anyone saying no to it,pretty much all had the same outlook ,,,,,,,,,don't let the door hit you on the butt on the way out

it should be I have 10lb of bird and more stuffing than I can eat in a week,,it should all be gone no later than Saturday morning
