looking for recipes for canning meatloaf and sausage

Hey, ladies and gents, I am looking for recipes for canning meatloaf and sausage. I can find them on the net sure, but I would prefer to get them from people who really use them. Have three hogs and two deer we would like to can ground, sausage, & meatloaf.
Clyde says he wants to come over for the finished products. He has an open invitation, but we need to be able to do it first.
Any proven canning recipes would be greatly appreciated!

I'd like to learn too. The only cannable things I know how to make right now from venison are spaghetti sauce and chili. At the moment though, instead of canning them, I vacuum pack them and freeze them.

If it is not top secret, can you hook me up with your sauce and chili recipes ? For some reason I like spaghetti & chili too! Tried a sausage recipe out of fox fire too sweet, stored well though.
