Looking for preppers for German TV-programme

Hi everyone,

my name is Mitja Thomas and I work for the German TV-production company Labo-M (www.labo-m.com). We produce informative, intelligent and visually stunning TV formats depicting pressing societal and technical issues.

Labo-M is currently producing a programme involving four expert reporters traveling the world to bring our viewers in Germany the most inspiring stories and achievements of amazing people from around the globe.

One topic will revolve around the topic of PREPPING. We want like to film someone prepping their homes with either weapons or food, or both.

Filming would have to take place in March till mid-April. We are planning on shooting no longer than 1 1/2 days max.

If you are interested, I'd love to give you more detailed information about our project and discuss with you what we could film together.

Though 1 1/2 days of filming? seriously. and your focus is on "weapons or food, or both" sorry but prepping is far far more involved than just weapons and food! sounds like your doing a documentary about nuts with guns that's harboring food? That specific focus puts preppers in a bad light. And no, I for one am not going to exploit my life and family security for no television show.

no real prepper in their right mind would put their or their family's security at risk by taking part in such a programme, anyone who does is looking for "their 15 minutes of fame".

I think she might be getting the hint here that we are not intending to be reality show fodder. I like joes response, and hope for their sakes they learn something from the piece for their own protection one day.

its got nothing to do with "real" life, its all about entertainment, we've all been here before whether on this forum or on others, not just German tv but British tv tried to do a whitewash job several times but we weren't having any!!!

I I think each person immigrating needs to go thru training, and sign an agreement to adopt their new culture. The first time they are involved in any arrest, they are parachuted back to the middle of the war zone over there. Seriously, send a couple dozen back home, and the problems would, if not stop, at least be minimal.
