Morning VJ, tried to open it. The website is restricted and I cannot open in from Europe...???Funny
  • 29 percent of people dislike canned cranberry sauce but reluctantly eat it anyway.
  • 24 percent do the same for green bean casserole.
  • 22 percent eat sweet potatoes or sweet potato casserole even though they don’t like it.
  • 21 percent eat pumpkin pie but don’t enjoy it.
  • And 19 percent don’t even like turkey, but eat it anyway.
I never touched the cranberry sauce growing up, but when I found out about the health benefits of cranberries I started eating it.
Green been casserole, meh... I can live without it. I'll eat it sometimes if there aren't enough other things I like. But I much prefer just plain ol' boiled green beans.
The only way sweet potatoes are edible to me is in sweet potato fries.
I LOVE pumpkin pie, but it doesn't love me. LOL. I don't eat dessert anymore.
Most thanksgiving turkey is too dry for me. I generally go for the dark meat.

Funny, I love the canned cranberry but don’t care for it fresh. I can enjoy green beans just about anyway you can make em. As far as sweet potatoes, I want to like them, but just don’t.... it’s right there next to pumpkin pie, blah.
Now, anyone who doesn’t like turkey should be stripped and beaten in the streets! Lol.
As far as the best things on thanksgiving, fresh turkey gravy is better than mother’s milk! Real mashed potatoes, with a few lumps of potato in it, and of course smothered in that gravy... yum. A sage dressing, again smothered in the gravy.. (as you can see from above, I kind of like my gravy) there has to be a good sweet corn and fresh rolls from the oven too. this year I think I’m going to find a bed and breakfast somewhere and not do the big meal here for a change. The kids are kind of being, well kids, so I think I’m going to let them fend for themselves this year. I have about four more turkeys still in the freezer right now and never need an excuse or special holiday to make a feast.

Wow, you guys are really picky, the only thing I don't eat is Grapefruit. My wife cooks so good that many of my friends call and invite themselves to come to dinner...
Turkey, taters, toppings and stuffing. Thanks for Thanksgiving.
SPAM Arcticdude? Your dog eats better than many many people in England!
My pumpkin pie is so good, if you put a plate of it on top of your head, your tongue will beat your brains out tryin'ta get to it!! Live and party free, GP

I don't consider myself picky. If I'm invited over to someone's house for dinner I'll eat whatever they put in front of me. But if I'm fixing the meal I'll make what I prefer. I like grapefruit, especially ruby red grapefruit.
I've had to eat English food for years. I prefer Spam.

I love Ruby Red grapefruit with salt sprinkled on it.

I prefer ham over turkey, but will eat turkey given we hunt it, we generally don't cook turkey for the holidays. I love sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce but don't care green bean casserole

I like ham over Turkey too. I do like cold turkey sandwiches with Miracle Whip.
