Is Prepping More Important Than Ever Today?

I don't know if this is where this should go or not but if its not some one please move it. But I thought this article was rather relevant to whats discussed here:

With everything going on with the election this month, and all the terrifying news around the globe it seems to me that prepping has become more important than ever. It seems to me that regardless who gets elected this November that we are in a world of hurt.

With the U.S. right in the middle of everything going on around the globe including Russia, Iran, North Korea and even terrorism right in our backyard, it seems to me that something is likely to happen sooner rather than later.

Take the US as an example , set aside the issues of global politics and what is there, Communist Komrade Clinton and her Socialists and their nefarious agenda, then the US national debt, then the millions of southern Americans all hoping to come to the US, Then its an El Nino year, and its a bad Hurricane season, and the drought over CA and TX areas, chuck in the inevitable floods, land slides, forest fires, droughts etc, top it off with the continuing drugs war, then the domestic attacks on your civil rights.
So Yes Sir I do believe that prepping is more important than ever before.

Trump I think is the lesser of two evils, I have seen first hand what lefties like Clinton have done this side of the Atlatic including loss of civil liberties, massive government expenditure and tax increases and of course the anti gun lobby who absolutely adore Hilliary.

Trump has gone off the deep end. His scorched earth tactic isn't helping him. I almost think he is in it to help ensure Hillary gets in. Either that or he really is just crazy.

Seriously, I've known some good people that went into local politics. Once they get there and realize what a snake pit they are surrounded by they mostly get out in time. Either that or they become greedy turds themselves. Just the fact that almost all of them are lawyers should be a clue to their morals. Just to be PC here, I'm sure that not all lawyers are scum. There's got to be one that's not...... Maybe.....
