Have been very interested in prepping for about 6 years. Was raised to keep a pantry stocked for 3 months, grandparents did, parents did and now I do, but I am a little more extreme. I totally believe in individual liberty and small government. Conservative upbringing makes me very independent, just hate to ask for help for anything. Looking at getting small animals again, ducks, chickens and a couple of goats, maybe some rabbits, but those darn things are so cute. Not much money to travel and who wants to go around to some crazy place when home is so close to heaven. I hook rugs, sew, cook, work outdoors, repair most things, have great medical skills and common sense. Keep my eyes and ears open to current affairs. Save stuff other people don't want ( have more jars than Carter has liver pills) LOL That's it in a nutshell.
