With every new medical tool/device you must know when to use it and when not to use it, used in the wrong place and you may put the stuff into a lung/artery/intestine, be sure to read when it is appropriate and not.

That's certainly true Texan, though the reports I've been reading have been 100% positive from the front lines in combat though it's not meant to be a replacement for the Halo seal or the C.A.T. though the reports I have read there has been a great reduction of using the tourniquet, just another tool to put in my little first aid box

that goes without saying,if you don't know how then you don't use it,everything in the field of first-aid goes along the path of know-how.
