There is so much here I'll be spending most of my free time here reading for many months. I'll try and get my info filled out. I'm in GATOR country prepping for anything and everything except for another biblical flood. I'll have to head for the high ground for that. Hope to meet many good folks here.

Why do you think I made a triple batch. I grow my own bell and jalapeño peppers, use local Cain suger, but buy the red wine vinegar and liquid fruit pectin in bulk from Walmart. If anyone is ever near LA I-12, we can meet at a Racetrack fuel center and I'LL give you a jar.
