Like I just posted, the government loves the fear factor so they can keep stealing money.....and they like funding long winded articles and papers on what if's......and paying friends to write those articles and studies....the people who waste one minute worrying about an EMP may be the Doomsayers.....when or if the electric goes out does it matter why it went out ? your still sitting in the dark....

You fail to see the point here...EMPs are not just a government worry they are a worry for everyone....Major power companies also have to worry about this...Your conspiracy theories are just that conspiracy theory. You have to look past the paranoia.

that's just it....I'm not paranoid about EMP's like a lot of people....I don't buy into the EMP what if's.....

i prep for most things, including EMP's(no electricity) and Ebola(comes under the heading of PANDEMIC's), you might not have heard much about Ebola but we heard a lot about it in the UK, one of the nurses who went from here to Sierra Leone got ebola TWICE and had to be flown back here for treatment.

Exactly......we all heard about it in the U.S. also.....blazing on the news channels......and guess what ? a big fat inflated falsehood.....it destroyed no Countries.....It swept through nothing, but the news and the U.N. call for millions of dollars....just another fraud....

Prepping is preparing for what can happen no matter how remote the chance of it happening...No Prepper is totally prepared for anything. The world around us is constantly changing, Mother Nature is as unpredictable as ever, NASA is missing asteroids that they never saw coming though none are in danger of hitting earth. I would stop worrying about what the government is or is not doing and

Scenario.....break it down......You are at work, wife is at work or home, kids at school.....All your vehicles are sitting at work or at home.....all your electronics are plugged in or sitting somewhere.....an EMP happens, Boom......everything stops ( even though we have no proof it will ) you are 25 miles from home....kids are 10 miles from home....everyone is panicking....no electric, no phones, no computers, no vehicles....Nothing....You not will get a warning about an EMP....you will not get time to stick everything a big safe box so it may or may not work later at some point....maybe you have a couple walkie talkies in a box at your house....won't do you much good when your 25 miles away......how many keep a generator is a safe cage hoping it will work if a EMP happens ? and if the government really has plans in place ? how long before you would get any info ? not from tv....not from radio....all that stuff got zapped.....I highly doubt your local tv and radio stations are EMP proof.......why prep for hurricanes in Montana.....why prep for 10 feet of snow in Florida.....same chance of that as there is an EMP.....

Then we can assume that you don't buy into the other what if's? Like what if a super volcano erupted, or what if a mega Tsunami hit, or what if this fake planet Nibiru suddenly appears out of now where? Prepping is full of what if's. Hell life is full of what if's.

Your research is flawed if you did any at all. I can see from your posts you have little idea or knowledge about this stuff and just basing it on conspiracy theory. There are things in a disaster situation that you cannot control so you control what you can.....Hell we are hit with EMPS by the Sun its part of its natural cycle of activity they just are not as damaging. As I have already said earlier in this thread the government is not prepared for a probable EMP attack and neither or any of the major power grids. Its not if it will happen but when, as with anything else in a probable disaster situation.

I have a folding mountain bike in the trunk of my vehicle as does my RGN wife, Son has a previously agreed RV location to go to for us to pick him up. We all carry GHBs ( containing Maps compass, rations, FAKs , UV5 radio in mylar bags etc etc) to one degree or another plus walking shoes, Soft shell fleeces and WE are NOT planning for an EMP or CME but if one occured we will deal with it.
And using your ethics after reading many of your threads it appears you dont believe in prepping.

Do you even have the slightest idea where the Ebola virus is found? Ebola was discovered around 1976 so its not like its a re-occurring thing. And the two major outbreaks in 2014 and 2015 in Africa are now subsiding....Lay off the alternative news sites and the CT sites and do a little research because contrary to what you believe everything is not a LIE.

It may help your case to present evidence of these claims if you have it...Such as your claim that Ebola was made up, wheres your evidence for that claim?

Bicycles are a good idea....You can attack what you feel my ethics are and it means nothing to me.....I would bet I am better prepared than 95% on this forum......Too many people do not actually sit down and write down what actuals threats are to them.....look at everything......and if you make that list.......EMP is either not on it or is so far down it means nothing.....

If a super volcano erupted you would have warning( does not happen in an instant ) your vehicles would work and probably phones so you would have a means to make an effort at getting away, same with a Tsunami......I'm not so sure I would make up planets that may fall and make prep's for that.....that is kinda a whole new level which may include needing some serious head help....but, hey what if ?

Nope not calling anyone names......Your making a lot of baseless claims with nothing to back it up...Such as I ask you to present evidence Ebola was not real and so far I have seen nothing. Contrary to what you think, you are not really making people here think. Everything you have posted has been discussed here many times so your presenting nothing new your just rehashing it in a different form. They don't call this Doomsday Prepper Forum for nothing you know.We can present all the scenarios we like and say we will do this or that but not one of us knows what we will do until it happens. There is absolutely no way anyone can be prepared for everything its impossible.....

And as far as me being important here I am afraid I am just another member and no more important than anyone else here. I just contribute my two cents and move on...I do not accept some ones theories without researching them and I take no one at their word. Everyone here is easy to get along with and we all express ourselves in various ways without stepping on each others toes. Sure we all do not agree on everything but we get along here well.
