Hello preppers, there has been i'm sure many of you have heard or read about many things that could be possible after this eclipse. I think most of it is general paranoia or fear of the unknown. In history there have been things associated with eclipses. i haven't gone back to re-read the prior stuff (prior to 1918) when we had the other same type eclipse. In history as well as 1918, "i think the date is correct or at least close", approximately 40 days after the 1918 eclipse WWI broke out and back in history there have been other battles and things that have occured close to the time frame of 40 days after this such solar eclipse.
Recent news headlines state that China as well as the US will be conducting some sort of readiness training for collapse, massive power outages, disruption of cell services and downed banking systems. Some reports say the US is expecting things like this to happen and a few say it's to be ready and in place if something does happen. This all is to take place the same week as the eclipse.
We have in the past months and longer have been at risk of all these things taking place. Recently the US medical systems have been hacked which on a scale is quite small compared to what could happen if some hacker found a golden key to unlock many of the US's network systems. In these days we are at great risk of many things but the key for us preppers and the rest of our nations peoples is to be prepared.
Thats what DPF is all about, being prepared and I think for the whole we at DPF have been sincere in our desires to become prepared because for the most part, we all work as a team to bring to others the resources that are knowledge and knowledge is power for the mind. I love it when i see an educational post about a prepper food dish or an idea for a shelter or a great device that is golden in the race to be prepared and a few posts later you see the results of that post by someone that has taken the second step to utilize that food dish or build that shelter or buy that special gadget. we are involved and hands on when it comes to prepping, we all take it very seriously.
As far as these "other" things after this eclipse, well, for myself I am prepared pretty good so I am going to enjoy the eclipse and worry about the other things that may come on the day they come. Life is to great to worry about things we most likely can't do anything about. Focus on prepping, your God (if you believe), your family, friends and community and keep hope and your faith in whatever alive in your hearts.
