There can only be one.

As much as I love America and my Brothers in Arms, Their is only one ;) and perhaps the most feared sniper that ever lived and his name is Simo Hayha with 542 confirmed kills in 100 days. Carlos Hathcock comes in second

But we are talking distance and this Canadian beat them all. Kudos!

i thought the longest kill shot was between 3 and 4 miles..but guess not, with the 2.14 mile shot

Of course but I'm biased.

I know he is the best but I really question how accurate that 542 number is. How would one tally that number accurately back then? I just can't imagine one soldier single handedly taking out 542 people with a rifle. Even if that number were cut in half its still mind boggling.

they are wicked ,I thought I read some where they were either retired or being fazed out

I'm glad they're phased out...that way we can maybe afford one. Let's split one ghost...I get it on weekends. We'll dock it on your driveway. :D
