Always can get Atlantic caught tuna, Oregon done some test a couple years 2013/14/15/16 and matched it to it's 2008 measurement and they were identical

Paraphrase "If you eat 7000,000 pounds " --- Okay not going to happen. Tuna is okay but I don"t plan to get any where close to 100 pound in my entire life span. Tuna fan -- Nope. Tuna hatr, Nope. It is just tuna, nothing to get excited about.
