thats just it..no coupons in sunday papaers here.but in wensday paper instead for some reason

I was planning to buy a paper this Sunday, mostly for the coupons. It's getting pretty bad at the grocery stores as our dollar is getting weaker. I don't listen to the economists, I guage everything off a simple economic indicator. I saw the pack of mini snickers bars that has been a dollar for a long time, it's a dollar fifty now! That's it the shtf allready, I give up!!! Seriously, where are you getting your coupons on fir, or are you just shopping with them today?

Brent I get 5 papers on Fridays! They are .50 cents each I get 10 copies that way when an items goes on sale and I have a coupon I can get that many deals. Now, on Friday the paper only has one insert P&G! Then on Sundays I buy 5 more papers. They are $2.00 each. But the paper on Sunday have other inserts Plum and Smart Source and then the P&G!
I come home sort out the inserts in to piles of the same, then I go page by page and line them up, cut them, and then put them into my two binders! Yes, two binders!! One id for food and the other is for non-food! Then I sit and ad match the coupons that I have so I know what deals I can get! The better the deal the more I get! ( if the money allows) I tend to shop on Mondays because less people shop then.
It is a lot of work, but like you said things are changing fast and with a family of five I have to do what I can! I have make sure that my kids have more than just junk to eat! I spend close to 12-15-17 hours every week but well worth it! My hubby says that I bring in more doing that job an when I went to work!
You have to collect every week and do the best you can to keep up with that! It takes a bit, but it will pay off!

FYI cocoa had a bad season last year all items with cocoa in it will sky rocket!!

our coupons are in the wensday papers so make sure coupons are there before buying

Yes, that is must! I always stand there and look thru my papers before I buy any! Sometimes there are not many other times there are a bunch! The other thing is once you get home and you look thru each insert and see how many of them you will use! If just a few or not what you want..STOP there..If there are many that you will use I go back to get MORE!

yeah,not mentioning some thing like that,don't always come to mind.simply because its common knowledge to some folks.and they do that out of habit.and accidently not think of mentioning it to others..but yet its important,on account its a money saver by doing it like that..especially when it comes to saving money instead of spending wasted money by mistake
