11 years past expiration date (2005) another one of my tests

I tested another can of this in 2010 5yrs past its expiration and and it was fine. 11yrs past the expiration was marginally ok though smells fine, it left a slight bitter after-taste but wasn't profound so 5yrs past the expiration date would be the max for canned ready made gravy, in an emergency I would eat this 11yr old gravy and only in an emergency.

For a cream based gravy, I'd probably only trust about 5 years after the date. For others, I'd go to 10, but only if needed.
