The army is being sent in. From what I understand it's only a fraction as well trained as and equiped as it used to be so their effectiveness remains to be seen but on the other hand, setting this precedent means that there isn't anything stopping our mostly corrupt government from deploying them against anything else it deems necessary. Sad times.
 
from what I see,it's pretty close to apartheid,only the "uniform" is different...
 
As far as I know south africa's SAS Drakensberg is the most advanced supply vessel ever built and we have four of some of the most heavily armoured frigates in the world. Not only in armour but munitions as well though it was built in Germany, like most of our equipment, the design is South African.

Myself as a not so pessimistic prepper believes that one day it will fall into place but just in case I've got my bug out fortress my bug out vehicles and three years worth of food most of it is rice.
