Here is a pic I took of my shed. No one lives in it, although you could. There is literally zero heat coming off it.
Now, look at my house. Even where there is no window, you can see just how bright a house that is heated will look.
That said, maybe keeping a small heater in a sealed area of the home and living there would work? It extreme scenarios one would have to take extreme measures.

Why not just live under a large swimming pool, with a glass cover over it ! LMAO
Well, underground, you wouldn't have to worry. That would typically be enough to defeat it right there.
Personally, I'm well aware we wouldn't stand a chance against an actual, organized, and supplied former military unit post SHTF. So, you have to have a plan B.
