So if I understood the update correctly. The fighting continues to rage but the field of battle (battle lines) remain fairly static. Also many "state Employee's" are owed back pay and are not getting the pay promised.

What do you project is going to develop?

here is some serious information

The United States has no new evidence of the presence of Russian troops in the war zone in eastern Ukraine.
This was stated on Tuesday by the spokesman for the US State Department Jennifer Psaki
.

I have exiled in Russian. you can find the Psaki briefing in english yourself.

point.

No evidence? The US had the 173rd Airborne to help in training and advising Kyiv troops in Yavoriv, Ukraine all the while providing drones, weapons including last year the sale of the FGM-148 Javelin missile, the US had forward observers on the front line, um, No evidence? BULLSHIT

Nobody said russian regular forces are fighting, irregular forces are their and fighting with russian backing!

Vladimir Putins annual press conference 2015

Vladimir Putin admitted to deploying Russian military specialists to eastern Ukraine on Thursday, dropping nearly two years of denials that Russian servicemen were involved in the conflict there, writes Roland Oliphant in Moscow.

Speaking at an annual televised press conference, Mr Putin denied that “regular forces” were involved in the conflict, but conceded that “people dealing with tasks…in the military sphere,” had been involved in the conflict.

“We never said that there weren’t people there dealing with certain tasks, including in the military sphere,” he said, when challenged by a Ukrainian journalist about two captured Russian officers currently held in Ukraine.

“But that doesn’t mean there are regular Russian forces there. Feel the difference,” he added.

A United Nations-mandated multinational peacekeeping operation with a clear objective to end the Russian Federation’s aggression and restore Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity could be a decisive factor in bringing peace to Donbas, he said, stressing that there is no alternative to a peaceful settlement of this international conflict.
