Went trawlin for shrimp and crabs. Had a seafood boil. Also cooked something that no one probably ever gets a chance to eat, unless they visit southeast Louisiana. Crayfish Bisque with stuffed heads.

Had thick ribeyes with the rib attached, green bean casserole, green beans, loaded baked potatoes, fried potatoes with yellow squash and okra, corn on the Cobb, loaded salad and buttered rolls. I am sure to have gained 5 lbs tonight, but hey, happy Father’s Day!

Went out to eat over the weekend. Had charbroiled oysters and pan fried redfish covered in a lemon cream sauce of shrimp and crabmeat.

I had a burrito and some chips. I'm on call this week at work so I had to get up early and work late. If I have some free time tomorrow I'm going to try to cook and prep some meals for next week. I need to stop eating junk food.

I made fajitas last night and corn on the cob. The onions, and tomatoes were from the garden and Walmart supplied the green pepper and tomitallo. I had a pork roast allready cooked so threw it into the vegetables just as they were about done. Quick, easy and really good.

Tonight will be BBQ shrimp with terriyaki ham steak and crab salad.
Update; couldn't find any real crab so I had to use a "crab like substitute". It was still good.

I had to work 2nd shift so I went to a Mexican restaurant . Ordered taco's al carbon .

What’s in a frito pie?
Brent, you are missing out!
The basic form is Frito chips with chili and cheese on top.
Baked Frito pie has a few more ingredients, but it’s pretty good stuff.
Wife's visiting the kids, and I got tired of eating leftovers and this and that. Went and bought an inch and a half thick ribeye at the supermarket and some MAN sized potatoes, and fired up the grill...
