I'm sure there is no end to the number of fitness apps out there. However, there is one that I've been using for the past 18 months that has helped me, especially in strength training. If you're into cardio, cool. I can barely run my mouth.

Check out Strong Lifts 5x5. It focuses on compound movements and only 5 exercises. Dead lift, squat, overhead press, bench press, and standing row. All of these force you to use your core and use good form. Simply enter your weight and information, and it will give you 3 exercises to do in a given session. And the best part? It's a short workout. You're only supposed to do 5 sets of 5 reps, and once you're good on dead lifts it only makes you do 1 rep to track it.

I have not been paid by the developer for this endorsement. I'm just telling you from my own experience and praises. I think strength training is important for everyone's health, but especially guys as our T levels are driven by adequate muscle mass and low visceral fat. The only way to get that is with strength training.
